We had a great stay at the Clos de la Fontaine. We were very well received by the owner, good advice for hiking on the GR34, restaurants and creperies. She is a person who loves her region and who talks about it with passion. The accommodation is very well located, in the town center but removed from the road, 200 m from the beach, small terrace, household appliances everything you need. We will come back with great pleasure.

The apartment is simply great! We were greeted personally by the hostess. Since she speaks German, we were able to communicate easily. We also got great information about what interesting events were taking place that we enjoyed taking part in. The location of the apartment is exceptional. All shopping opportunities and the daily Marché are within 600m. One of the sandy beaches is 5 minutes away. Distance. The promenade is practically on the doorstep and invites you to take long walks. Even the water taxi to St. Malo is only a 10-minute walk away. At this point I would like to express our warmest thanks to Ms. Perrier for these great vacation days. THANKS

We were the fourth time for 2 weeks in the Clos de la Fontaine and were totally satisfied again. The apartments are functionally furnished, the small forecourt with camping tables and parasols offers enough space to eat and sit outside, especially in summer, and above all, it is absolutely quiet! The bus stop is about three minutes away from the apartment, as are the beach and the nearest bakery, and in a few minutes' walk you can also reach an Intermarché, where you can really find everything. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the ship to St. Malo can also be easily reached in a short walk. The landlords offer great folders with restaurant and excursion tips, they also speak German and are very helpful. We love living there because the combination of tranquility, central location and closeness is great and the landlords are so nice. Next year we will go again; we are looking forward to it.

Good value for money. We can highly recommend the apartment and would come back. Great location, no traffic noise, very short distances to plage de Prieuré and the bakery, sunny terrace, practical layout and equipment of the apartment. Parking on the street was not a problem. Very friendly landlady, speaks perfect German and is very helpful. Very well organized apartment documents with good tips for eating out and trips - allows you to have a nice and informative time in Dinard without any preparation!

Dinard as a starting point for excursions is great. The city has a very special charm. The apartment is quiet, but central. It's not far from the beach, we really liked the outdoor seawater pool. The apartment is well furnished, if something is missing, Patricia pulls out all the stops. We felt very comfortable.

We had a very good stay with my 4 and a half year old son. Beach games and legos were at his disposal. The studio is very well located, two beaches, the city center and the market are within walking distance. The maisonette is small but fine, it has everything one needs for a perfect summer stay. The location is great 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. You can also walk to the shops. It is a good starting point for bike rides, on foot and by boat (for example to go to Saint Malo).

A haven of well-being

A very pretty little terraced house with a small green terrace, separated from the neighbors by hedges halfway up. Very well thought out and fully furnished, with everything you need (the only downside to our house: the separate shower and toilet came directly out of the small living room/kitchen area, the spacious and well-equipped bedroom was accessible by a staircase). Very friendly owner who speaks excellent German and has prepared lots of information about the location for his guests. There is also a very nice selection of books.

Pure relaxation

A warm welcome embellished with a kind gastronomic attention in this small charming house remarkably located close to the sea on one of the most beautiful walks of Dinard, but also in the immediate vicinity of a bakery and a bus stop connecting Saint-Malo or Saint-Briac. Very responsive and accommodating, Patricia kindly added a work table to the room before we arrived, to name just one example. Simple but well laid out, we took advantage of every space and every ray of sunshine, inside and out, in this haven of peace away from the street.It was too early in the season to take advantage of the wisteria, but the perspective of the palm trees, both on the ground floor and upstairs, was enough to make us feel transported. I have just spent several months at the "Clos de la Fontaine" in Dinard. It seemed to me to be "a little paradise" (the exceptional weather not being the only cause!) The reception there is above all, very pleasant. Ms. Perrier listens to her tenants and is very caring. The duplex very well decorated, is "cosi" and well equipped. The quiet neighborhood is ideal for everything! Walks close to the beach, shopping in town and even cinema: all ON FOOT! A great happiness!
