The apartment is accessed from the ground floor. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. A narrow staircase leads to the attic floor, opening into the living room, which includes a kitchenette, a table with two chairs, and a sitting area with a sofa/bench.
From the living room, there is access to the bedroom through a narrow staircase. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together, a small desk, a wardrobe, and two chairs. The bedroom opens onto a lovely terrace, sunny all day long, for the exclusive use of the apartment (sun loungers, a parasol, and patio furniture are provided).
Appliances: The apartment features satellite TV with international channels, free Wi-Fi, and a kitchen equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, mini-oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary crockery and utensils. Please note: This is a non-smoking property. Private entrance, smoke detector.
This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to around ten steps to access the courtyard and the sleeping arrangements upstairs.
